We were awoke by Sam n’ Eric in the middle of the night. They were talking to Ralph but I fully couldn't hear since I was just waking up. All I heard was the word “beastie”. Sam n’ Eric leave the room and Ralph looks worried. Ralph exits the hut. Curiously I follow him out of the hut. Ralph gathers a lot of the older Boys including Jack. I heard Ralph asking where Jack hasn't been on the island. Jack tells him about a cave. They decide to go over to the cave with spears. I go with them. We come to a bridge near the cave. No one wants to cross. Ralph turns to Jack and says “You’re a hunter wont you go?” Jack hesitates. Ralph turns back around and says “I’m chief I should go.” He starts to cross the bridge. Jack waits a few seconds then crosses after Ralph. Me and some of the other older boys started playing around. One of the boys leaned on a rock and the rock fell over the ledge. It made a huge splash which was kind of cool. We started pushing a whole bunch of rocks in the water. We thought that we could have some fun and build a fort with the rocks around us. We started to build them but that is when Ralph and Jack showed up. Ralph started telling us that we are losing track of what we came here for. He reminded us that we need to find the beastie. He told us that we need to go to the other side of the mountain to light the fire. So we start heading over to the other side of the mountain.
